Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, our standard return policy will apply. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect this transaction in your account.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

For items purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes, only the amount you actually paid will be refunded. Any promotional value or discount applied to your original purchase cannot be refunded or transferred to future purchases.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and payment details. We will investigate the matter and keep you informed throughout the process until the issue is resolved.

In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method after consulting with you. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
